Just like the Bill Murray movie of the same name, here in New York, we relive Ground Hog Day -- and every other day, for that matter -- over, and over, and over again, much like the last.
History repeats, and we, of bad habits and short memories, follow suit, right down that ground hog hole (or wherever it is that those buck-toothed rodents disappear to for the duration).
